I am the official Town Crier for Lynton and Lynmouth - appointed by Lynton and Lynmouth Town Council.

If you would like a public announcement or proclamation, please contact me. For private events, could be your wedding or a party, a small charge is payable - you choose a local charity and make the payment directly.

Note:A town crier, is an officer of a royal court or a public authority who makes public or private proclamations and announcements as required. This is an unpaid, voluntary position. The Town Crier does not:

Give opinions about public or private matters
Make announcements of a political or partisan nature
Act as a lobbyist for any public or private group
